"Order"refers to an order via phone or email placed by a customer to purchase services or products provided by Authors Harbor. Orders are confirmed by down payments via check, credit card, cash receipt, bank wire transfer, Western Union, or PayPal transfer.

OUR SERVICES

It is imperative that you thoroughly read and comprehend the refund policy to fully understand the privileges and limitations governed by Authors Harbor's Policy. It is your responsibility to peruse these Terms and Conditions before submitting any Order and/or payment to this Website.

REVISIONS

Each package has its own revision policy, as outlined in the service description of each individual package. We offer revisions within 5 to 10 days of the order transitioning to the "Waiting for Customer Approval" status in our Order Management Platform. The duration of the revision period will depend on the ordered package.

Revisions are initiated at the conclusion of the order process, once the product has been presented for review and the status has been updated to "Waiting for Customer Approval." At this juncture, the customer may request revisions directly by sending an email to their assigned Project Manager, ensuring that the original provided requirements have been met throughout the entire product.

Customers are always welcome to personally make changes to any content received from us after the order has been fulfilled and before publishing, as it is delivered in Word format, and they hold the rights to it.

REFUND POLICY

Authors Harbor addresses concerns and complaints in accordance with the following terms of use statement. Website users, partners, clients, and customers are urged to review the following statement, and in the event of partial and/or complete disagreement with the terms and conditions stated, we recommend immediate cessation of the use of the website and/or the services listed.

Authors Harbor does not provide partial and/or complete refunds for sample and/or bulk orders.

Authors Harbor does not offer partial and/or complete refunds if a website user and/or customer initiates, contributes to, and/or participates in a negative narrative against the company both online and offline.

If an Authors Harbor customer feels the need to discontinue the use of the services listed within three (03) months from the date of paid services, a refund is applicable provided the customer did not avail a discount at the time of account registration.

We only offer refunds in special cases and under specified conditions, outlined below:

These terms and conditions, as may be amended from time to time, constitute the entire agreement and supersede any other agreements or understandings (oral or written) between the company and website users/customers.

30% of the total amount will be reimbursed to the client in the event of a change of mind due to any financial/personal and/or any reason unrelated to the project.

Refund requests are processed through two (02) channels under info@authorsharbor.com, and any requests made outside the jurisdiction of the mentioned email addresses are deemed null and void.
